He is survived by: his wife Sherry Dyer of Baxter, TN; his children, Ralphie Junior Spivey II of Baxter, TN, Landon Lee Spivey of Baxter, TN, Malachi Chadrick Spivey of Baxter, TN, Casey South (Chris) of Clarkrange, TN and Chasta Aiyana Spivey of Cookeville, TN; his stepchildren, Karen Brown (Jamie) of Baxter and Scotty Dyer (Haley) of Blairsville, GA; his siblings, Peggy McBride (Randy) of Cookeville, TN, Linda Brown of Gainesboro, TN and Danny Spivey (Shirley) of Baxter, TN; his grandchildren, Brandy Duncan, Zack Martin, Tynleigh South, Watson South, Grayson Spivey and Braylon Spivey; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Kayson and Kade Duncan.
