He was predeceased by: his father Claude Eugene Fly; his children, Patrick Eugene Fly and Casey Michelle Fly; and his grandparents, Jasper Eugene Fly and Mary Ruth Fite Fly.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Rippetoe Fly; his brother Patrick Fly (Sheri) of Dallas, TX; his stepdaughters, Rebecca Phillips (Tommy) of Cookeville and Jennifer Miller (TJ) of Monterey; his mother-in-law Pauline Rippetoe of Cookeville; and his cousin Don Fly of Cookeville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
