Randy Smith Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Randy Smith (Cookeville, Tennessee) is shared. Randy, born on February 15, 1948, passed away on June 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Wilson Smith and Zada Frances Hudson Smith.
