He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Claude and Mattie Lou Willoughby Higgins; and his sisters, Alma Ruth and Nancy Carolyn. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Higgins; his children, Kerry Higgins (Rhonda), Sheila Redman (Dave) and Sherry Derossitt (Matt); his stepchildren, Carolyn Harris (James), Thomas Buttram (Debbie), Bobby Buttram (Cherie), Kenny Buttram (Holly), Sara Williams and Donna Robinson (Steve); his grandchildren, Miranda of Tanner, DK, Damen, Gracie, Lauren, Justin, Daniel, Dustin, David, Brad, Amanda, Brooke, Ashley, Cheyenne, Deidra, Cory, Dena, Joe and Shawna; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Kate, Judah, Eli and Mallory.
