He was predeceased by: his father Claude Cleveland Stewart; his daughter Debra Lynn Stewart; his siblings, Dorothy Stewart Lucent and Billy Ross Crowley; and his wife Dora Hollifield Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Stewart Shirley (Greg) of Cookeville, Ronda Lee Stewart (Kelly O'Callaghan) of St. Clair Shores, MI and Robert Ray Stewart (Elizabeth) of Chattanooga, TN.; and his grandchildren, Mary Landress Stewart of Chattanooga, Grace Gilman Stewart of Chattanooga, Elizabeth Wells Stewart of Chattanooga, Trent Gregory Shirley of Cookeville, Grant Alan Shirley of Cookeville and Stewart Lee Shirley of Cookeville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.
