He is survived by: his parents, James Richard and Linda Gail Mayberry (Winningham); his wife Mishelle Mayberry (Karr); his stepchildren, Bailey Cunningham (Ethan), Merideth Rutledge (EricTelles), Kyle Rutledge and Maddison Melton (AJ); his grandchild Cambree; his cousins, Kathy Tomanek, Debbie Gunter, Jamie Hill, Kim Hams, Monica York and Casey Smith; and his nephews, Jim Stokes, Tony Winningham, Glenn Winningham, Michael Winningham, Kevin Winningham, Danny Winningham and Scot Winningham.
