Allen in Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on April 10, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Wesley Allen and Hazel Rush Thomas; and his siblings, James Allen, Barbara Scurlock and Peggy Jones.
He is survived by: his son Dustin Allen (Tiffany) of Cookeville; his grandchildren, Tyler Anderson, Tanner Anderson, Tristan Allen, Kaleigh Allen, Kade Allen and Kreed Allen; his brother-in-law Mackie Jones of Gainesboro; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Scantland, Angela Brown, Brandon Jones, Brandy Scott, Teresa Craighead and Garry Allen.
