He is survived by: his wife Kathy Manor (McCawley); his sister Sarah Gentry (Mark); his stepchildren, John Thomas Manor (Megan) and Amy Smithson Ellen (Clay); and his stepgrandchildren, Owen, Knox, Margo, Walker and Holden.
