He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hawkins; his siblings, Richard Hawkins, Evelyn Walker, Pauline Jarvis and Barbara Farley; his daughter-in-law Linda Stamps Martin; and his stepdaughter Angela Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Clark Hawkins; his children, Robbie Hawkins of Cookeville and Terri Coker of Knoxville; his stepdaughters, Pamela Halsell, Janell Rittenberry of Cookeville and Catrina Bertsch of Indianapolis, IN; his granddaughter Lindsey Alison Biance; and his close friend Chester Sullivan. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren and 14 step-great-grandchildren.
