He was predeceased by: his father Harry McIntosh; his wife Ina Claire McIntosh; and his brothers, Harold McIntosh and Wayne McIntosh. He is survived by: his sons, Don McIntosh (Mary Anne) and Warren McIntosh (Kerri); his granddaughters, Renee McIntosh (Moe Boyette) and Kayla Davis (Mitchell); and his great grandchildren, Samantha Bullock, Jacob Leggett and Elizabeth Davis.
