He is survived by: his wife Doris Fay Rouse Jarvis; his children, William Richard "Rick" Jarvis (Holly Helton Jarvis) and Mary Suzanne Jarvis of Cookeville; his brother Verlis Eugene Jarvis (Sue) of Cumberland Gap, TN; and his grandchildren, Olivia Rose Jarvis Cloud (Caleb Cloud), William Rexton Jarvis (Neely Joyce Jarvis), Oliva Ann Turbeville and Brett Lee Turbeville.
