He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Chambers and Marion Chambers; and his brothers, Gene and Jerome Chambers (late Seawillow). He is survived by: his wife Janna Hearn Reese Chambers of Cookeville; his son Jon Chambers (Wendy); his grandchildren, Emma Blackburn, Henry and Ava Chambers of Maryville; his daughter Andrea Sansone (Joe); his grandchildren, Dillon Brown and Christina Sansone of Dayton; his sons, Adam Chambers of Nolensville and Brian Chambers (Emily); his grandsons, Grey and Coen Chambers of Cookeville; his son Josh Reese (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Wilkes and Della Reese of Knoxville; his son Caleb Reese (Brittany); his grandchild Ellie Kate Reese of Cookeville; and his siblings, Charlotte Hammontree (Ron) of Maryville and Rusty Chambers (Julia) of Maryville.
