He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stevens and Barbara Tantillo Stevens; and his brother Gary Stevens. He is survived by: his sons, Cain Stevens, Travis Stevens (Christina Shaw) and Logan Stevens (Tabitha Wade); his grandchildren, Austin Stevens, Kameryn Stevens, Brayden Stevens, Braylee Smith, Jordon Stevens, Natasia Webb and Christian Stevens; and his siblings, Mark Stevens (Jo-Ann), Charles Stevens (Bonnie), Lorna Solinovich (Gary), Susan Freeman (Dave) and Mary Smith (Jeff).
