He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Goolsby of Cookeville and Kasey Martin (Daniel) of Rickman; his grandchildren, Layla Buckner, Dylan Martin and Lily Martin; his partner Beverly Gentry; his partner's daughter Rachel; and his siblings, Nolan Goolsby, Norma Moore (Jimmy), Myra Richardson (Randy) and Ilene Call. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
