She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Aragona and Rose Natoli Aragona; her husband James Erwin Fields; and her sister Anna Kowalczyk. She is survived by: her sons, David Fields (Anh-Phuong) of Burke, VA and Douglas Fields (Gabriele) of Albuquerque; her siblings, Gracie Brooks of Michigan and Joe Aragona of Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Andrew Fields, George Fields, Anne Catherine "Kitty" Fields, James Monroe Fields and Lukas Samuel Fields; and her great grandchildren, Elysia Noel Fields and Seraphina Ophelia Fields.
