He was predeceased by: his parents, Burr Williams and Sallie Randolph Williams; his wife Earlene Brown Williams; and his siblings, Dora Jane Swallows, Dow Williams, Cleta Gill, Ellen Puckett and Helen Sloan.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Williams of Algood and Nancy Jackson (Lester) of Knoxville; his brother Marion Williams of Signal Mountain, TN; his grandchildren, Trent Williams (Jill), Shay Williams (Tiffani), Stacey Blackmon (Casey), Adam Jackson and Susan Seabold; his great grandchildren, Addie Wright (Spencer), Emma Williams, Molly Ross Williams, Haden Williams, Cohen Williams, Brody Blackmon, Easton Blackmon, Isla Seabold, Gretchen Seabold, Abram Seabold, Landon Jackson and Beckett Jackson; and his caregiver Joyce Swallows of Cookeville.
