He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudia Flatt and Nancy Kathleen Flatt; and his siblings, Eugenia Calloway, Raymond Flatt and Nancy Louise Flatt.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Birdwell Flatt; his children, Charles Flatt (Markevin), Regina Kelly (Richard) and Kathlina Alford (Lee); his brother Rodney Flatt; his grandchildren, Merci Rowlett (Cameron), Charity Key (Jamey), Cole Alford and Maggie Alford; and his great grandchildren, Caiden, Owen, Oaklynn and Lincoln. He is also survived by his family, friends.
