He was predeceased by: his father Robert Helms Carr. He is survived by: his significant other Vickie Callahan; his children, Lisa Carr of Smithville, Elizabeth Marengo (Kevin) of Cookeville and Jonathan Callahan of Cookeville; his siblings, Claudine Tucker (Dennis) of Cookeville, Mickey Carr (Maggie) of Cookeville and Joe Carr of Cookeville; his granddaughter Savannah Faith Marengo; and his close friend David Patel. He is also survived by his family; and a host of nieces and nephews.
