We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2025, at the age of 82, Sandra Bennett of Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Algood, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Noble Farley and Mayme Sue Farley; her husband George Hubert Bennett, Jr.; and her brother Kenneth Farley. She is survived by: her children, Macie Bennett Yelton (Criss), Laura Bennett Rogers (Sean) and George Bennett; her grandchildren, Brittany Yelton, Allyson Lamar (Nate), Andrew Yelton, Jordyn Rogers and Austin Rogers; and her great grandchildren, Kori Lamar and Ayla Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
