She is survived by : her husband Mike Garrison; her daughters, Kelley Faye Garrison of Cookeville, TN and Kendra Hicks of Cookeville, TN; her siblings, Tony Goolsby of Cookeville, TN and Angie Roark of Lebanon, TN; her granddaughter Kaitlyn Grace Davenport of Cookeville, TN; her nephew Michael Roark; her uncle Ray Heady; and her aunts, Vickey Apple, Linda Hix and Jimmie Stafford. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
