It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Beck Denmark of Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Springthorpe, Sr. and Pansy Violet Springthorpe (Jackson); her husband Richard S. Denmark; her son David Walter Denmark; and her siblings, John Springthorpe, Jr. and Clara Yokley (Springthorpe).
She is survived by: her children, John William Denmark, Diane Kennon (Denmark) and Bruce Allen Denmark (Linda); her stepson James Richard Denmark; her daughter-in-law Carie Garrett Denmark; her grandchildren, Spencer Kennon, Sarah Reynolds (Brian), Christopher Denmark, Steven Denmark, Lindsey Edds (Andrew) and Nicholas Denmark; and her great grandchild Piper Reynolds. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
