He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene J. Johns Sr., Dorothy "Dot" Fulton Johns, Alard C. Harding and Mary "Lovey" Weyenberg Harding. He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his son A. J.; his parent Drs; his siblings, Dr. Andrew Johns (Casey) of Louisville, CO, Mary Jennifer Dunlap (Bart) of Rock Island, TN and Alicia Upchurch (Chad) of Cookeville, TN; and his in-laws, Scott Ebersole (April) and Sharon Cole (William).
