She was predeceased by: her father Shelah Stone; and her sister Jeannette Bauer. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Jerry Flatt; her sons, Travis Flatt (Amanda Miller) of Cookeville and Lucas Flatt (Meredith) of Cookeville; and her grandchildren, Ira Stone Flatt and Spencer Miller.
