She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwin Qualls and Edna Qualls. She is survived by: her son Dr. Robert Summers (Elizabeth); her granddaughter Madeline Summers; her daughter Sarah Baisley (Andrew); and her grandchildren, Cade and Ali Baisley.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Terry's name be made to the Family Resource Program at Putnam County Schools (1400 East Spring St. Cookeville, TN 38506).
