He is survived by: his wife Tao "Jane" Yang; his children, Spence Migliore, Chase Migliore and Allison Migliore; his stepdaughter Annabelle Short (Kevin); his brother Martin Migliore, Jr.; and his grandsons, Charles Michael Migliore, Jr. and Gavin Matthew Migliore.
