It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tom Newkirk Sr. of Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cleveland Newkirk, Sr. and Lucille Burke Newkirk; and his brother Bill Newkirk. He is survived by: his wife Beth Newkirk of Nashville; his sons, Tom, Jr. Harrisburg (Dena) and Mike (Donna); his grandchildren, Jordan, Kaitlin, Wyatt, Chris, Michael and Alex; and his great grandchild Isla Claire. He is also survived by four nephews, several great nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
