She is survived by: her children, Wayne Bilbrey of Cookeville and Rosalie Bullard of Phoenix, Arizona; her grandchildren, Nichole Brown (Devin), Dustin Bilbrey, Katie Bullard and Jeremiah Bullard; her great grandchildren, Preston and Paisley Brown; and her close friend Tootsie Dunn.
