He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Hjelmberg and Rosie Hjelmberg. He is survived by: his daughter Tricia Loftis (Steve) of Cookeville, TN; his brother John Hjelmberg; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Loftis of Algood, TN, Stephen Blaine Loftis (Maggie) of Nashville, TN and Carson Loftis of Cookeville, TN.. He is also survived by three nieces.
