He was predeceased by: his parents, Webster Lewis and Dorothy Odean Lewis (Ramsey); his grandmother Pearl Lewis (Montgomery); and his siblings, James, Charles, Junior Lewis and Georgia Sherfey.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lewis; his children, Jeff Lewis and Judy Flatt (Mike); his grandsons, Justin Canady-Flatt (Nocona), Bryan Flatt and Joshua Flatt (Halle); and his great grandchildren, Briley Flatt, Brayden Flatt, Brinslee LaFever and Raelyn Myers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
