He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Houston Bush and Mary Martha Bush (Tanner); his son Marcus Allen Bush; his grandparents, Maude Tanner (Williams), John Everett Tanner (J. E.), Elvis Floyd Bush and Rhonda Ann Bush (Brown); and his father-in-law Winnell Jackson.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Bush (Jackson); his brothers, Charles E. Bush, Chester L. Bush (Janet) and Sam Sonnett (Patti); his mother-in-law Doris Jackson (Hickey); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Brown (John), Faye Parrott (late Bob) and Kay Hensley (Duane).
