He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Robert and Katherine Keller Stevens; and his sister Carolyn Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Janice Huggins Stevens; his children, Wesley (Kattie Stevens) of Cookeville and Brooke Young of Cookeville; and his grandchildren, Wesley H. Stevens and Mackenzie Nash.
