He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Allen and Mary Mabry Allen; his daughter Becky Allen Whitehead; and his siblings, Shirrel, Bob Allen and Mary Anna Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Hazel Allen of Cookeville; his daughters, Kelly Cobble (Nathan) of Cookeville and Carrie Sherrell (Daniel) of Cookeville; his grandchildren, Stephen, Jacob Whitehead, Brittney, Gracie Sherrell, Matthew and Allie Cobble; his great grandchildren, Temperance, Ellie and Zayden; and his siblings, Charley Lewis Allen (Pat) and Dian Beaty (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
