He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Clint O'Neal and Imogene Juanita Hicks O'Neal. He is survived by: his daughters, Lacy Bramlett (Mason) and Danyelle O'Neal; his grandchildren, Cohutta Brown and Lottie June Bramlett; his sister Earlene Jones (Steve); his close friend Eloise Newton; his aunts, Christine Roble and Iva Sue Caudill; and his niece Stepanie Jones.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel (823 Ocoee St, Copperhill, TN 37317). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Copperhill Chapel (823 Ocoee St, Copperhill, TN 37317).
