She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Vaughn (Scottie); her brother Jim Dowdy (Carol); and her nieces and nephews, Josh Dowdy (Sarah), Jordan Dowdy (Cassie), Caroline Dowdy and Anne Marie Dowdy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Geraldine Funeral Home (11968 AL-227, Geraldine, AL 35974). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Geraldine Cemetery.
