He is survived by: his mother Linda Walker; his sisters, Amanda Jack (Jeremiah) and Sara Dilbeck; his nieces, Kayla Jack, Kristen Pham (Thai), Hannah Jack and Faith Jack; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ellie, Lizzy, Silas, Leo and Zane.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel (823 Ocoee St, Copperhill, TN 37317). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
