She was predeceased by: her husband Windom Hyde; her parents, Hayden Payne and Martha Waters Rymer; and her siblings, Beautel Allen, Fraddy Payne, Jo Richards and Ed Payne.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Hyde, Laura (Jerry Gilliam), Amanda (Thomas Jr. Eads), Alison Hyde and Chris Collis; and her sister Dean Ratcliffe. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
