He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Smith and Maxine Smith. He is survived by : his wife Elaine Smith; his children, Patrick Smith and Missy Hughes; his brother Ronald Galloway (Jan); and his nephew Ronnie Galloway (Rachael).
