She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Lee "Joe" Sullivan; her son Joseph Leroy Sullivan; her grandson Christopher Lee Heathcoat; her great great grandchild Timothy Leroy Sullivan; her parents, Roy Edward Materna and Martha Juanita Pickard-McMillen; and her grandparents, Irene Materna (Vangilder), John Earl Pickard Sr., Bessie Ann Pickard (Willis), Ethlean Anderson-Stoner (Ethel) and Carl Everett Stoner.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Rae Sullivan-Heathcoat and Edward Lee "Bubba" Sullivan; her grandchildren, David Michael Heathcoat, Colton Lee Sullivan, James Leroy Sullivan Sr., Joseph Lee Sullivan Jr. (Kayla) and Alicia Sue Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Stacie Renea, Jayden Lecolle, Josie Le-Ann, Jacelynn Louise Sullivan, Landon Michael Heathcoat, James Leroy Jr., Joseph Leroy II, Joe-Lee Dwayne Sullivan, Logan Michael and Luke Malachi Adkins; her great great grandchildren, Hunter Ray, Kayson Lee Sullivan and Makayla Renea Hodge; her brother James Wallace McMillen (Judy); her nephew Steven Andrew McMillen (Megan); her great-niece Rayleigh Renee McMillen; and her close friend Frances Anne Cole.
