He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Vernon Milligan and Myrl Emery Milligan. He is survived by : his wife Judy Milligan; his sons, Chris Milligan (Tina) and Kerry Milligan (Jodi); his grandchildren, Matt (Victoria), Brad, Ashley (Drew), Jake and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Blake and Cole.
