She is survived by : her children, James Michael Chalfant and Carol Elise Lewis (Gary); her grandchildren, Cody Peppers, Victoria Peppers, Shelby Peppers, Brooke Chalfant and Miranda Chalfant; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Phoenix, Liam, Harper, Navie of Brooklyn, SJ, Lily and Isabella.
