She was predeceased by: her husband Merrill "Pike" Jacobs, Jr.; and her children, Merrill Jacobs, III and Rebecca Ann Qualls. She is survived by: her children, John Mitchell Jacobs, Richard Lee Jacobs, Russell Jacobs and Theresa Lynn Matz. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
