He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Helen Clark (Watlington); his brother Charles Clark; and his wife Thresia Clark. He is survived by: his son Bill Clark (Stephanie); his stepdaughter Kim Scudder; his grandchildren, Kamryn Scudder and Joseph Clark; his great grandchild Emori Gatewood; and his brother John Clark.
