He was predeceased by: his father Richard Denihan; and his brother Danny Denihan. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Ann Vanderwarker Cox; his stepfather Harold Cox (Renee); his wife Susan Phillips Denihan; his sons, Michael Denihan (Megan) of Belfast and Timothy Denihan (Jaimie) of Cornersville; his granddaughters, Katie, Peyton, Addie, Presley and Ryleigh; and his brother Pat Denihan of Cornersville.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations in Mike's memory be made to the Marshall County Cancer Foundation, PO Box 82, Belfast, TN 37019.
