He is survived by: his children, Scott Massengill, Tawanna Cortez, Christina Duncan and Emily Ivey (Tim); his sister Sally Atkins (Dale); his former wife Shelia Duncan; and his grandchildren, Whitney Sharp (Derek), Sara McCarroll (Greg), Michael Mulryan (Kayla), Matthew Strader, Ian Mulryan, Dylan Ford, Ashley Massengill, Maria Cortez, Zaydin Ivey, Zaylie Ivey and Izaiah Seabolt. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.
