He is survived by: his sons, Kenny Lewis (Arlene) and Steve Lewis (Judy); his grandchildren, Kenda, Joy, Jennett, Matthew and Mendy; his great grandchildren, Ava, Lillie, Gracie, Caleb and Anna; and his sister Mary Owens.
