She was predeceased by: her parents, Opha McPhetridge DeZearn and Larry Hubbs. She is survived by: her stepfather Jerry DeZearn; her daughter Lisa Kay Burnette Mendenhall; her granddaughter Keely Mendenhall; her husband Jack Burnette; her son Denny Burnette (Jennifer); her son-in-law Ricky Mendenhall; her grandchildren, Keefer Cooper (Cody), Ashely Davis (Alec), Austyn Burnette (Sierra) and Aleyah Burnette; and her great grandchildren, Draxxon, Keyairah Cooper, Christian Burnette and Palmer Davis.

The family asks that donations be made to Mynatt Funeral Home to help cover her funeral expenses.
