Dawson (Tonya); his sister Patsy Dawson Johnson; his sister-in-law Frances Dawson; and his stepsons, Christopher D. Thompson (Carrie) and William P. Thompson (Brittany). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
