We bid farewell to Jayden D. Polinsky of Corryton, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 6, 2025 at the age of 18. Jayden touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Kristi Braunschweig (Ruenger) and Karen Polinsky (Hammes). He is survived by: his parents, Eric Polinsky and Jennifer Polinsky (Kaul); his siblings, Emmaline, McKayla and Olivia; his grandparents, Michael Polinsky, David and Denise Kaul (Babcock); his great-grandparents, Donny and Nancy Zache (Caudill); and his pets, Lucy and Toby. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hafemeister Funeral Home (611 E Main St, Watertown, WI 53094). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
