He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Taylor; his parents, Leonard Taylor and Martha Taylor; and his siblings, O. L. Taylor, Charles Taylor, L. D. Taylor, Estelle Bunch and Pauline Cardin.
He is survived by: his sister Aileen Ervin; his children, Jeff (Margaret Taylor) and Angela Taylor; his grandsons, Trevor Hill (Molly) and Zachary Hill; and his close friend Tim Hinson. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
