He was predeceased by: his wife Zola Blair; his stepson Gary Buckner; his parents, Perry Blair and Mary Blair; and his siblings, Jerry Blair, Raymond Blair, Charles Blair, Jeanette Earls, Betty Young and Debbie Blair.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Edgar, Norma Eblen, Linda Rogers and Brenda Green. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918).
